Kitchen Project
Before
After
In this project, the family had purchased a home built in the 90's, which hadn't been updated. The family wanted a more modern/transitional take on the kitchen, utilizing the entire wall and incorporating more storage. You might be asking where the fridge and oven are in this kitchen. Well, in the original design of the home the front room was a living room/dining room, we cut that room converting it into a butlers pantry and a living room. The new pantry now houses the fridge, double ovens and a wine fridge!
In order to save money, the window needed to stay where it was. Yet, it was a larger window so we couldn't put in lower cabinets. A window seat was the perfect solution for this space! Also, the client wanted to display the china they inherited from family, so we created a beautiful built in china cabinet to frame the window seat.
